Anderson Cooper
CNN anchor Anderson Cooper celebrated former first lady Michelle Obama’s speech on the second night of the Democratic National Convention as:
“The most powerful political speech I’ve ever heard”
This is probably the most effective, powerful political speech I have ever heard — Michelle Obama.
That was actually pretty remarkable,” Cooper said
CNN Political Commentator Van Jones said:
“I missed them. I missed that. I missed hearing that.”
Obama had the penultimate speech on Tuesday night in Chicago, a slot that was generally well received.
In her speech, she lauded Vice President Harris and chastised — both wittingly and otherwise Donald Trump, shame on him for his “Black jobs” comment.
They chant, “do something” as she delivers a speech that also served to rally Democrats.
It falls to us now, as Kamala pointed out that her mother taught her when standing up for what is right using the words of my friend:
“Suck it up or sit and bitch — do something” Obama said.
“If they lie about propaganda,” she commiserated with her audience in a chant of “do something!”.
