Job Overview:
We are in search of a high-octane entrepreneurial recruiter with poses the experience to become our Managing Partner.
Not only will you be on lead client engagements and manage high-end recruitment work, but also shape the strategic development of the agency.
An amazing opportunity for a commercially-minded recruiter who has always had the itch to take control and ultimately be an equity partner in this exciting new venture within recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Business Development:
Leverage your current book of business to accelerate growth while establishing loyal client relationships over time.
Run full recruitment cycles from client acquisition to candidate placement, putting the quality of our service and relationship building at its core.
Develop new client opportunities; identifying potential clients, establishing contacts and networking.
Specialize in recruiting executives and hard to find, niche market roles Develop customized recruitment strategies that meet clients’ specific needs
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, delivering best in market insights and candidate assessments to enable successful placements.
Talent acquisition / Head Hunting:
Source, interview and measure candidates with AI driven tools and personable methodologies for the right placements.
Assist in sourcing, screening and onboarding premiere network of candidates by getting to know the background, experiences and future career aspirations
Negotiation, maintain the company client relationships to make transition smooth for new upcoming hire and previous staffing organization.
Leadership & Ownership:
Play a key role in driving the vision of where to take Pax, and work closely with our other partners towards that growth: Execution Drive successful deployment of technologies across all clients.
Hire, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to develop strong culture around teamwork, ownership and results
Help with strategic business expansion, partnerships or operational efficiency decisions.

Operational Excellence:
Lead the day-to-day activities of recruitment, meeting target-based activity in line with market requirement which contributes to high levels client satisfaction and operational performance.
Leverage technology and data to fast-track time-consuming activities, enhance your sourcing approach for both candidates and clients whilst driving the right results in recruitment.
Compliance with recruitment and character of employment legislation, ethical standards.
Key Qualifications:
Background in recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting minimum for 5 years with concrete achievements.
Existing personal book with high client expectations (director of c-level) ·
Urgently hiring 3+ yrs experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong knowledge of senior/executive placements or specialized markets;
Proven-business development and client management skills.
Desire to take ownership and grow a business entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding leadership and communication ability encouraged to lead and motivate team members
Proficient in AI advertisements and looking for candidates, other common recruiting tech tools
Strong capacity to self-govern and juggle numerous client partnerships simultaneously.
Interest in putting skin-in-the-game equity and being supportive to the agency vision long term.
